Essential Tremor: Keto Diet

Fad diets have been around for years, from the Atkins diet to high protein diets to liquid diets to the grapefruit diet.   There are ways to determine if a diet is going to be a fad or not.   Ask yourself if the diet promises quick weight loss, does it seem good to be true, does the diet help sell a company’s product or lack scientific research?   If the answer is “yes” to any of the above, it’s most likely a fad.   Issues with fad diets are poor long-term weight control (which let’s face it, that is the primary reason to begin a diet), increased risk of chronic diseases, and reduced athletic performance. Essential Oils for Essential Tremors

What are Essential Oils? Essential oils my newest life saver.  I can’t remember the last time I went an extended amount time without pain but I recently invested in Young Living’s Essential Oils and I can honestly say I physically  feel  a difference.  Essential oils  are  natural  oils typically obtained by distillation; in my good friend Rachel’s words, “its basically Plant Juice.” I recently attended an Oils Party and I can honestly say that one rainy afternoon has truly altered my life. Now my aunt has tried her hardest for years to get me into oils, she gave me oils for headaches, for pain, for concentration; as the saying goes, “there is an oil for everything.”  I would try the oil but I wouldn’t truly incorporate it into everyday routine.
